All positions will be made vacant.
Nominations must be received by Thursday 4th September 2025 via the form above.
To be eligible to stand, vote or nominate yourself or someone else you must be a current member of the club for more than 10 business days prior to the election at the Annual General Meeting.
Appointment of Proxy
A member may appoint another member as his or her proxy to vote and speak on his or her behalf at the Annual General Meeting.
To vote via proxy, you will be required to fill out an ‘Appointment of Proxy’ form. This form can be completed electronically and emailed to txrrunners@gmail.com, no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.
